LumiNest Store Regulations

These regulations define the rules for using the LumiNest online store, available at luminestte.myshopify.com.

The LumiNest online store sells home decorations via the Internet. By placing an order, the Customer accepts these regulations.

2. Placing Orders

• Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• After placing an order, the Customer receives a confirmation email.
• Order processing begins after payment is credited.

3. Payments

The store accepts payments by credit card, bank transfer, and other methods available at checkout. All prices are given in Polish Zloty (PLN) and include VAT.

4. Delivery

Delivery time is usually 7–21 business days. The Customer receives a tracking number after the order is shipped.

5. Personal Data Protection

Customers' personal data are processed in accordance with applicable law, including GDPR. The data are used solely for order fulfillment and are not disclosed to third parties.

6. Complaints and Returns

7. Final Provisions
